1. Open and Announcements
   1. SS opens the meeting.
   2. Announcements –

i.ICSHL Meeting is on 9/13 at 7pm at Iceline. SS, GL, SC will attend

ii.Coaches Meeting is on 9/20 at 7pm at IceWorks. HS coach(es) must attend

1. President’s Report
   1.                 HS Girls Schedule -  10/27 is first game
   2.                 HS Boys Schedule – 11/18 is first game; practices are Monday & Wednesday 3:30pm to 4:45pm
   3.                 MS – RHC has 2 teams declared (both in lower divisions); first game is tentatively scheduled for 10/2. SS we need to push that back some. GL states that he has 28 players who “committed” and 7 more that are possible. Practices should start 9/25 and ice should be reserved for practices until the week of 3/5/2017.
   4.                 Registration

i.SC reinforces the need to have all forms submitted by Sept 30, 2016.

ii.Board discussed outstanding fees

1.                 Uniforms

i.SS – states that we have the following Middle School jerseys in stock:

Youth X-Large (2)

Adult Small (1)

Adult Medium (2)

Adult Large (3)

Adult X-Large (4)

ii.White jerseys will need to be ordered ASAP as there is a 3 week turnaround

iii.There are the following High School jerseys in stock:

Adult Medium (#2)

Adult Large (#15)

iv.Action point – DG and JR to reach out to teams to determine jersey needs and report back to SS (ASAP); GL to provide rostered and retired numbers to SS

1.                 Extra Uniform items

i.Socks – all MS players will be required to buy their own hockey socks (using Chicago Blackhawks style)

ii.Shells – a trove of black shells will be offered to all players. Provided they fit, they can be embroidered with the “R”

iii.Cost – Black jerseys are $55 and White jerseys are $65

   1. SC states he has signed the agreement for the ice slot at Springfield Rink Saturdays from 2:45 – 4pm. Since the L2S registrants don’t normally arrive until Winter, the board decides to share the ice between the MS developmental players and L2S group.
   2. Action Point - TW will contact Todd Serpico (elementary teacher at RTSD) to engage the schools and advertise the club and L2S program. GL will send out a blast email to all township resident players registered with USA Hockey with a 2007 birth year or younger for the L2S program.
   3. JR suggests contacting the Lower Merion team that practices immediately after L2S for potential scrimmage opportunities.
   4. Other opportunities to build the L2S/Elementary programs were discussed including advertising on the Radnor Patch
3. Registrar
   1.                 Update on Registration numbers- returning players missing
   2.                 New Middle School registration process – per Iceline, each MS player will be contacted directly by the league to register
   3.                 HS Boys/Girls Rosters due two weeks before first game
4. Website – RG updates the board on website developments that he encountered several issues with PointStreak that have delated the updates to the website. Site should be up soon enough to allow for club members to make their second payments online before the end of October. Action Point – RG to update all forms using Adobe and upload to the site.
5. Action Points and AOB
   1. Minutes of the June meeting were approved.
   2. Prior action points were reviewed. It was decided to close the fax machine item and add on to the Wayne Sporting Goods with the below point on Web Store.
   3. Web Store-In addition to the action item from 6/7 assigned to SS and RG, a determination of what kinds of spirit wear and when should it be sold. Agreed to open web store the week of 9/25 and close it the week of 10/2.
   4. Concussion Testing – lists of all MS and HS players needs to be given to George Hahn (MS) and Kevin Shriner (HS) to identify all players needing concussion baseline tests. This should be updated every two years. Action Point – GL

SS closes the meeting and calendars the next board meeting for 10/10.
